DoorDash Tips For Top Dasher

There are top dashers out there accepting all orders. It's okay to decline orders that doesn't pay well. You can get much better orders right after.

These orders will not be stacked because drop off is opposite direction. While you're busy doing an order that takes you into an area you don't want to go, a better order will be given to another top dasher who is available.

I always try to do a $15- $40 tip depending on order size and location, is this enough?

If I have four $5 orders in an hour and they each tip me $2....and they are all close that still $28. bucks for that hour?
I have not started Dashing yet but that does not seem too bad to me since my car gets 35 mpg. Am I misunderstanding something?

I get about 30 miles to the gallon, so a $10 order only 9.5m's away I waste a 1/3 of my gas, so the gas used would equal $1.10 to the $10 I made.

Even the drive back still equals a profit. Driving properly helps keep gas costs down, too, and travel light all around in the vehicle.
