—2 cups organic rice (uncooked—I used Publix Organic Greenwise) You can use any Jasmine rice of choice.

—2 large organic carrots or 3-4 smaller ones

—1 to 1.5 cups frozen organic peas

— Large organic yellow onion

—1 to 1.25 lb Grass fed or Greenwise Chuck Ground Beef

—Redmond Real Salt

—Avocado Oil

(Egg Optional)

Making this recipe is easy and a great meal for kids- you can easily double or triple the recipe and adjust the amount of vegetables depending on what you like.

Start by measuring out the 2 cups of rice and then put that in a small bowl. You will then want to rinse it very well multiple times with water, this helps get the arsenic out of the rice. Arsenic is present in all rice, and by rinsing the rice very well you can reduce this by at least 50%. Just swish the rice vigorously in the water until
The water turns cloudy, then rinse. Each time you add water and swish, the rice will be less cloudy. When it is almost clear, you can drain the rice for a final time.

Add your rinsed and drained rice to an electric instant pot, add 2 cups water, a few dashes of Real Salt, and set cooking time for 5 minutes and let it cook while you prepare the rest of the recipe.

Start by sautéing your beef in a large nonstick skillet on medium low. Stir as it cooks periodically and season with some Redmond Real Salt.

Then slice your carrots in half, and then slice them in half again and then cut them into small pieces. Boil in a pot with water until the carrots are soft, approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Add a generous dash of some real salt to the water.

Then boil your frozen peas in a pot with water. You can use a separate pot OR share a pot with the carrots. I have done both. Add some real salt to the water. The peas should boil for about 20 min.

Next, peel an onion and get the skin off,
then slice and add to a small food processor and blend rather finely—

Then saute this in a skillet on low or medium low with approximately 2 Tablespoons of Avocado Oil. Season the onion with some Real Salt as you stir it every few minutes. Cook until onions are translucent, approximately 15 min.

When the beef is cooked, set pan aside. Drain your peas and carrots and set them aside.

Depressurize your rice, and add to a large bowl— if the rice is hot you may need to let it sit for five minutes to cool down before transferring.

After you transfer your rice to the bowl, stir in the sauteed onions and mix that very well. Then add your beef, and mix that very well last add the peas and carrots and mix very well. Then give it a taste, and add sea salt to the entire batch, then stir, then taste again. Repeat this process until the rice has a nice taste From the Redmond Real salt. This salt is like no other on the planet, it’s absolutely amazing and packed with minerals. It makes food taste very very good!

I follow a strict, low seasoning, traditional Chinese medicine, diet, but feel free to add any other seasonings you would like.

Optional is that you can scramble an egg in a pan each time you heat up a bowl of rice and add to it— sometimes I enjoy this rice as is, and sometimes I add an egg— sometimes I add some coconut aminos or gluten free tamari or soy sauce or enjoy plain.

This is a very healthy and clean tasting rice, that’s also very delicious! Kids really love it and it’s super easy to make and can be made under half time. It lasts for days in the fridge as well and heats up nicely. You’d be surprised how all the flavors just blend together.

Make sure to add Real salt to the foods as you’re cooking them. This is crucial for the recipe to turn out amazing.

Last but not least— Enjoy! ❤😊

It’s not fried rice. Fried rice means the rice itself is also fried in the pan. I’m sure that tastes good though and is definitely a good meal
