I have recently by coincidence discovered your channel and I am absolutely a fan now. I have have cooked this recipe and it was so wonderful tender and delicious. I added some sriracha hot chili sauce in the sauce mix and in my vegetables I furthermore added brown mushrooms, red and green fresh chilies and other few vegetables.

As a reminder. Do not add baking soda directly on the meat. You must add it to a liquid marinade or some pieces of the meat will taste like ammonia/urine
