How to Run VMware Virtual Machines on VirtualBox

Description: This video covers running a VMware VMDK disk image on Oracle VirtualBox by exporting the virtual machine as an OVA file then importing the virtual machine. This same process can be used to export an OVA from VirtualBox for import into VMware.

Also a note:
If you found multiple vmdk's inside the old Vm folder, choose the one without any -s00X ending.

thanks so much. virtualbox looks differnet now, so click on the new and dont select the iso folder, go to section hard disk and click radio button called "use an existing virtual hard disk file" like the folder and you can see we can now add .vmdk file.

I chose the first one (.vmdk) but
