Try lowering the compensation for the CEO, top executives, Board Members and shareholders. None of them make the company, only workers doing the actual work!

They say they are open to meet at any time to the media but yet union sends out emails saying Boeing doesn’t respond. If Boeing wants this done and over they would just give what’s asked and focus on getting planes certified and out to the customer asap

There was no offer. There has not been a real offer since the strike began.

Kelly Ortberg has a rare opportunity to turn it all around.
Like Gandalf says, ''the world is changing"' and having employees suffer to survive is not a way to success... I foresee a decade from now many other companies will have used this scenario as either something to follow or avoid.
It's sadly up to very few people.

Greed and Pride...

According to the standard list, the seven deadly sins in Christianity are pride, greed, wrath, envy, lust, gluttony and sloth.

The ones saying Boeing should move to Texas only proves how simple certain political group can be. They can't imagine the amount it would cost to create the infrastructure, the cost of moving the supply lines, the training, or the amount of time it would take. We literally have the WORLDS LARGEST manufacturing building.
