The machinists’ union of 33,000 members rejected an offer that included a 35% raise over the course of a four-year contract and a $7,000 bonus for each worker.

6. Increase Paid time off by 25%

8. Increase college program to 100% of top 10 Boeing desired degrees.
9. Increase 401k choice to 20 different index funds.
10. 15K cash only signing bonus.
11. Have all the things be applied to all overtime hrs.

The union which Boeing engineers belong to is not on strike. The union which is on strike is for blue collar workers including janitors. These workers assemble the planes in the same way that auto assembly line workers assemble vehicles.
