While neck exercises are generally beneficial, I was told by my chiropractor to seek professional advice before attempting an exercise such as number 4 in this video - lying down and raising and lowering your head. If you have balance, vertigo or migraine issues, this type of exercise can potentially make your condition worse. Treat with caution and seek medical advice before proceeding.
