I believe because he who remains stopped it from happening. now that he's dead and now that the Council of Kang's knows about the 616 Avengers since they so called killed kang the conqueror now they will start the invasion of the 616 universe

It is an infinite multiverse according to several MCU characters, so Kang HAS invaded the 616 universe...an infinite number of times, succeeded an infinite number of times, was defeated an infinite number of times and never set foot in an infinite number of 616 universes. But I digress. What we learned from the Loki series (If we were paying close attention to what happened and not what was said) is that a single timeline is made of an infinite number of identical universes where time flows differently for some. (This is why the Avengers could "Time travel" within a timeline without affecting their own past. Their actions took place in other universes identical to their own, but in a different place in the advancement of time.)
So whatever timeline universe 616 is part of has happened, an infinite number of times, is happening an infinite number of times and will happen in the future an infinite number of times. Should you ever see actions or events go differently than the 616 universe, then you are simply watching a variant timeline. No matter what number they give their Universe.
So the real question isn't why hasn't Kang invaded Earth 616, but why he hasn't specifically invaded Earth Cause how would you ever be able to shave off a single specific timeline, let alone a specific single Universe in a sea of infinity?

I'm wondering (I'm sure it's out there lol) of anyone has dove into the glyphs written on everything. From Thor or Guardian movies, the 10 rings, the bangles, Quantumania, and anywhere else to find similarities between them. Like actual repeating glyphs or something. Just curious.

We dont know for certain that he hasnt invaded 616 already long in the past and perhaps failed.
Thor after all is at least 2000 years old with Odin being extremely powerful in the past and not his near death self seen in most of the mcu thus far.
There was hercules, zeus, odin, thor, the eternals and more that would have posed as a massive roadblock in Kangs agenda.
Kang not only is aware of the multiverse and variants but hes also aware of the individual timelines within said universes and for all we know he or a variant of he who remains could have already attempted his plot going back to the distant past of earth 616 but again failed to achieve his goals.

I think marvel has messed up their storyline. It’s plot driven and not character or story driven. If Kang can go to any point and place in time, then he can find the rings or the bracelets, he can just go back to when he created them or the creation of them. But why would he even fool with finding it because he can just use that smoke monster thing to destroy entire universes. Maybe he hasn’t discovered it or he who remains is a different variant
