I have a female boss right now. She motivates me every day to work hard to switch to another company

I'm 11 years into my military career, the worst commanders I have worked with or under have been females, their style of leadership seems to go hand in hand with their ever changing moods.

Female bosses hate it when there’s a new female employee prettier than them 😂 it’s hilarious

I just left a job with a horrible female boss. I've had bad male bosses, but damn the female boss was way worse. They just end up nagging you constantly, and as a guy it's a nightmare and very ineffective management.

I have a female boss after having two male bosses previously, and she makes work incredibly stressful and almost unbearable

I had a great lady boss for 6 years. She acted on logic, reason and worked tirelessly on problems.

Since the. I’ve had two other lady bosses, both emotional, reactionary and micromanages everything.

I’ve had several female and several male bosses. Overall, I preferred the male bosses. They were less nit picky and didn’t micromanage.

With my last work team (all female), I got to the point that if I swore that if I heard one more pre-meeting squawk about shoes I was literally going to go postal. I need rational, I need logical, I need someone capable of making decisions, I need someone willing to be brave and demonstrate leadership, I need no narcissism, I need to not work for idiots.

I'm a female boss, I hope people don't hate me. But the boss's that I've hated were women. I try to take into account why I hated them and make sure I don't act in the same way.

I had afew female bosses and it was bad. I was a hard worker, and I never took advantage of how I got paid. I don't talk a lot but prefer to observe. They act differently from men and female employees. With men they would put on the charm, females got treated like the Cinderella effect. They are caddy, cliques, and reward the non preformed over those that actually get the job done. Male bosses are black and white, with no micromanagement, and in return, you give a higher level of respect and get more work done. Imho

I have encountered lots of manipulation and gossip on a female heavy work place.

So much fake niceness

As a man, I've worked for several female bosses with no problem, but I noticed that the same women tended to be much harder on their female employees. I've never been able to figure it out.

The common thing is that people that don't like themselves try to make those around them miserable like they are instead of fixing what's broken inside them. Society/psychology tries to normalize the dysfunction but it does nothing but perpetuate itself

The worst bosses i've ever had were all women. 3 women. The triad of ultimate darkness. Truly, truly terrible people. Grossly dishonest, backstabbing, irrational, dangerously emotional. I hope to god i never have another.

Because they're cruel more often than not. You can see the same behavior in hens in the farm yard. Hens harass other hens to facilitate stress and stress cause behaviors and psychosomatic actions that make the victim hen less productive as an egg layer, reducing competition.

That last bit that Chris mentioned, about how male athletes differ from female athletes. It seems that men are much more able to retain their humanity in competitive and stressful situations. Since women then would associate competition with misery, maybe that is why women teachers try to remove all competition from schools, and why feminists like to label competitiveness "toxic masculinity", when in fact it is toxic to femininity, but not as masculinity.

My current boss is female and she's great, but maybe she's the exception
