I have attempted wifi recovery and the router did not react as yours did in the video. I have both blue lights on and the internet light flashing. I am not able to gain access to the router settings now. Not sure where to go from here.

This video really helped me get my mofi 5500 from version 1.0. something up to versino 3.0.6 which is now letting me connect to 5g bands no problem! This latest version is awesome! I already have a purevpn acount its letting me use that as my VPN, hoping this will get me through the throttling issues of my smart tv apps like youtube which struggles with 1080p video when my pc can easily watch 1440p

They also recommended I install the latest beta firmware but decided not to do it, I'm getting about mid-20s MBPS with an ATT tablet plan, I stopped getting responses once I asked about TTL settings so I don't get shut down, The wizard set up Linux 65 and it worked. I hope customer service gets better or ill send it back within my 30-day window and get my $500 back
