Everyone is like: "that describes an introvert"... Yeah, maybe some traits are similar but it doesn't mean just because you're an introvert that you're automatically more mature etc.
I know a lot of introverted people, and some of them are pretty immature and don't have a thirst for knowledge and don't see the big picture.
So, I don't think that this video just describes introverts

I've been recognized as an old soul by a few of my friends and family. Initially I thought that being an old soul meant I was missing out on my youth my accelerating my maturity. But then my sister told me that I have reasons for liking certain things and disliking certain things. You're not missing out of life by not doing things that you didn't even like in the first place. I think that being an old soul actually means you have been through tough situations in your life and the pain and hurt has helped you grow mature and perceive and value things through a different perspective...a more "serious, old and mature" perspective. For example people have hurt you and betrayed you several times in the past so now you value those who are trustworthy, faithful and loyal to you...
