I’m astounded to see so much ignorance in the comments. There are far too many people who just have no idea what they are talking about going around and telling everyone else “it’s not worth it” when they haven’t even tried it for themselves and are on 120 Hz or something. To those of you, FR33THY is absolutely right. Just listen to his argument about the pricing, the objective latency, the extra Hz, etc. Buying other 1080p monitors is kind of foolish at the moment.

7:33 Overclock to "ON" to get 390hz. Also try putting your default desktop to your 390hz monitor, it will be smoother

10k csgo hours here. Have to agree with freethy said. If you already have a 2546k, this is just a sidegrade and not worth it. If you don't have a 240hz then this is the best monitor available in the market.

If you want the display to be in 390Hz you need to have the overclock enable in the settings because without the overclock it is stuck to 360Hz

About the refresh rates... Even a tiny bit more makes a difference.

I recently returned my Samsung Odyssey G5 21:9 165hz (LC34G55TWWRXEN) due to a particularly nasty case of coil whine, even when the thing was turned off, and got the much more expensive Acer Nitro XR343CKP, which is also a 21:9 34" 180hz - And honestly - The 15hz difference is noticeable to me.

Also, fuck samsung.

Funny you have this issue with capture card and 390hz, i have the exact same problem just with dual monitors and after alot of research and asking other people that own the same monitor i found a pattern that people with nvidia = dual monitor works with 390hz and people with amd = are stuck at 360hz with dual monitor. I opened at ticket at AMD support over a month ago and they are no help at all sadly.

I had an issue where a grey line appears across my screen for a split second every now and then. Fixed it by using the display cable that comes with the monitor.

You're supposed to overclock the monitor from the monitor settings at the back. So you go to settings then scroll to overclock and put it on.

You have something wring in your setup. I have Avermedia capture card 240hz and I am cloning this monitor with that capture card and It can do 390hz while cloned (windows 10 and windows 11)

Hey bro, I've had this monitor for a while and recently a friend bought another acer 144 hz model, we were configuring the colors and his monitor had the option to save the settings in: (some mode) but my monitor that is 390 hz doesn't have it, I can save the settings in some mode but the color settings don't save! can you help me?
