This is so well explained. I honestly couldnt help falling asleep at school when our teacher did it with us but this video literally explained everything IN FULL. i finally get everything about sanger sequencing, and, it even answered some questions i dont even know i have. for example, why do dnas always need dna polymerase when synthesizing dna?? never even thought about this question! this is so inspiring i dont even know how to express my thankfulness
