After 21 years taking medicine and insulin I controlled diabetes throw changing dietary plan with high fiber, Lowe calories and calculated quantity. I changed my life style through walk and exercise. I also decreased my weight up to five kg, with in six months. Now it don't mean that my pancreas has become in working order. Whenever I detract, I have to face the previous conditions. I am also thankful to you, for guidance about zero oil cooking. Now I prepared my breakfast by myself with zero oil. Stay blessed forever. Usman Ali Khan.
