I appreciate this idea. I just finished a run - I focus on humming (when nobody is near 😂)
But never thought of humming a song just always hummed a single tone.

You have to hum low frequency - under 130 hz- to get optimal benefits. So don’t hum a song; hum a pitch as low as your voice allows.
