Dear Gloria.
This is so meaningful on such a deep fundamental level, and I applaud you from the bottom of my heart. We all have the deepest longing for love, connection and to be seen, heard, understood and feeling safe in our relationships. You provide us with a roadmap to starting and being on this journey, to creating theese positive relationships - and learning the skills to do it.

I feel so empowered as someone (in the age of 33) and see myself so clearly in your own journey. The wounds are real as they create theese patterns, eruptive emotions we just can't seem to regulate in healthy ways, and the self abandonment - just to be loved. Now we can take a step, little by little, to free ourselves and be happy (with all the tools on our belts, ofcourse).

This is huge, in a world with a culture which creates more and more seperation, destraction and maybe even avoidance. The fast paces, the overstimulating... That is why, this is fundamental, because we can't unsee the fact, we all need this safe and positive closeness, with the people around us - and actively choosing ourselves by leaving situations and people, who again and again activate our wounds and hurt us.

My hope is, that we will embrace this concept and sit with this little child part of ourselves, loving them and taking their hand, as we journey towards a meaningful life full of love and safety <3
