I eat plant based food, do yoga meditation breathing techniques, swimming, no sugar(processed), and still they are strong and every 30 min. will try acupuncture might help

Bealeaf, cinnamon, rosemary, clove and basil. Make a tea and drink daily. My hot flashes stopped in 3 weeks. I usually make 16 ounces and sip it through the day.
