Push up / press up bars workout at home and how to use push up bars.
Hello everyone!
Here’s a challenge for you all to try with push up bars at home! I know many of you have these lying about so hopefully this will give you some ideas to change it up!
You can of course do these variations without the bars although the reverse grip position requires greater wrist flexibility.
Make sure you warm up particularly some circling of hands to stretch wrists and tight core throughout!
The exercises are as follows:
Neutral grip on knees
Neutral grip
Straight line palms facing body
Reverse grip
Close position tricep
Single bar tricep diamond
Single arm
Wide position
Pike
Side to side
Challenge yourself to see how many you can do then simply try working backwards starting with your most difficult for 20 seconds each one with 20 seconds rest!
