People truly don't understand the burn and mind-muscle connection that comes from doing Spanish Squats. Go from top (don't fully extend your knees) to bottom and do 5 Sets for 1 min 20 sec, with a 1 minute break in between. Let me know how your quads disowned you ;)

I would add a standing hip abduction. Crazy how weak the gluteus medius in so many athletes and how highly correlated that is with ACL tears.

I thought a Spanish squat had no knee over toe travel? He would need a proper power band to that tho. Maybe there wasn't one available
