'Be in the moment' Mindful Yin/Yang Yoga

A class which introduces the theme of mindfulness; being in the present moment. There are some flowing sequences of movements while balancing on the toes, tailbone or on one leg - these can be challenging for some people and require a lot of focus! But I also offer alternative/easier options. I give reminders of the theme and to stay in touch with the moment, the breath, and what is felt/experienced in the poses. We then move into twisting Yin poses to wring out any tension and help to relax the body and mind.
You will need: A yoga bolster (or a few long pillows) and maybe a yoga strap (or belt/dressing gown cord).
