This wont work for most people as your BIOS is way more advanced than most users. My BIOS doesn't have booting from EFI file, as such I can't boot into the Installer.

Only works with HP bios or if bios allow to boot from efi file. What can I do if my bios doesn't have that option?

i selected the 8000 mb partition in the universel usb installer and it deleted my whole hard drive. Idk why. lost a lot of data

after installation wht to do with that 8GB FAT32 partition? can i delete that or convert to ntfs?

I tried this method with Linux Mint and the installer made me select a USB device instead even though I gave the partition about 30 GB of space and used FAT32 for the partition format like I was supposed to. Can anyone please tell me the problem?

Edit: I had to use version 2.0.0.1 to make the installer function the way it is supposed to but now it won't let me select the drive letter so I am still stumped here.

Very Out-Of-Date UUB was updated so you couldn't do this because it specifcally wants a USB/CD/DVD
