my family usually uses thinly sliced skirt steak, marinated with orange juice, salt, and green onion. the flavor will come from meat’s marbling. no need for so many ingredients

What part of any of this was carne asada??? We really dont marinate like that, we could simple use an orange, salt and pepper bam. It aint that deep, we also dont grill thick meats like that, its thinner and majority of the time its well done not pink. Dont get me wrong, im sure this taste phenomenal but c’ mon nothing was remotely mexican here
