Very interesting recipe! Significantly different from usual vegan butter recipes available. I find it actually very inspiring. I would personally prefer a butter with no lecithin in it.

Can't wait to try this! the cultured vegan 'butter' at grocery is so expensive! but great flavor! I had to order safe sunflower lecithin which is also quite pricey, but i figure a little goes a long way. I read the powdered one isn't effective for emulsification. Plus finding one processed safely takes forever! Thanks for video!!

Did you ever get to try your recipe with powder lecithin? Did it work the same? Ive seen other recipes with 2 tsp of liquid lecithin or 6 tablespoons of lecithin. Im going to finish your recipie today but dont want to mess it up with the wrong amount.

I tried this recipie and its the 2nd ive tried of vegan butters. I was definitely excited but think im doing something wrong or perhaps a product? Everytime I go to pour it it has separated. Should I blend longer? How long? Or am I taking to long. This shouldnt be hard I know but I dont know why its separating.
