I hardly call 4.4 significant. But the cumulative tremors that have been happening might be significant.

Somebody go check that little old lady.

I was born and raised in San Diego, CA. A 4.4 earthquake doesn't even wake someone up from a nap, much less make the news. Must be a very slow news day.

*that’s the 3rd one in less than 4 days now*

And Yellowstone vented out about a month and a half ago too….. this is seeming like it’s actually gonna get a big one. They are overdue we been saying it for 2 decades just about

Doesn't matter if they are small, it's very scary to think that might come bigger ones. 🥺

Heck- I was in a 4.1 aftershock in 1994 in LA. Scared the crap outta me but I was only in LA from Michigan working Earthquake Claims. The locals I spoke to didn’t even notice it. I guess it take a 6 or 7 to get their attention.

Mark 13:7-8 And when you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be troubled, for these things must pass before the end. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles, these are the beginnings of sorrows

Yeah, I thought we were having a huge windstorm.

This is not a significant quake. As a matter fact, even bigger have supposedly shook TX and other parts of the world. I say supposedly because it's quite interesting to note zero damage in each case.

Please slow down with your mouse. I have trouble seeing our town in Santa Paula. My husband is a preparedness trainer for Ventura Fire Dept. Thank you for your work but we need it to be easy for all to read. We have landslides up our canyon, in Kernville, and Hwy between near Fort Teton. Also, we have an anomaly up Sespe mountains a hole always on fire. It’s just north of the ranger station. We need to study our earthquakes carefully. The mouse & map moves is too quickly. Your quake coverage is wonderful.

They've got to get them numbers up in the 9 to 10 range for it to slip into the ocean, that wouldn't be great 👍
