The last question was very helpful for me because I've been wondering the same thing about the sulfurophane content of bags of pre-chopped kale, broccoli, etc.

Being an authority on pandemics, what are your thoughts about vaccines providing narrower immunity than the broader spectrum of our B lymphocytes and NK cells?

I find the next webinar funny, "How Much Meat Should We Eat?" I thought the answer was - none, and that would make for a very short webinar. LOL

Dr greger, I was wondering what would be the best way to reduce symptoms of dilated cardiomyopathy? I believe diet and exercise along with the recommended medication prescribed by cardiologist is the best way for recovery and or slowing down the progression.

What are the recommended food types you could suggest?

Thank you very much in advance 😊
