Vitamin C and vitamin B12 are water-soluble vitamins, which means you need water to absorb them. “Take water-soluble vitamins on an empty stomach with a glass of water, ” recommends Dr. Perez-Gallardo.

Love your stuff Dr. G. I struggle to find anything to disagree with you on but as a regular(ish) blood donor I do have further thoughts for you to explore on haemoglobin. for context I exercise a lot compared to gen pop and when I go to donate I'm slightly low on haemoglobin unless I give myself a whole recovery day before donation. Doctors always assume its to do with Iron levels but I think it may be the case that athletes in particular have a higher turnover of red blood cells coupled with higher plasma volume and accordingly lower haemoglobin density in bloods . I know its not the iron because with no dietary changes I've had markedly different haemoglobin levels within a week with follow up blood test (My diet is basically what you recommend only about 50% more calories than a normal person) It would be awesome if you could look into effects both chronic and acute on intense exercise and haemoglobin.

7 sheats dry Nori a day is a lot - but one dry leave tastes good on your salad 🎶🖤🎵

Question???? I started ingesting a couple of teaspoons of Bee Pollen today. I read about all the great benefits. I am combating diabetes. Can Bee Pollen raise blood sugar? I understand it has a low GI level.

Dr Michael Gregor is awesome, and I wonder if he is neurodivergent, like autistic.

I am using your free app. It is a game changer! Finally after all these years of trying to be plant based I have done it! 5 weeks in and I feel amazing! Knowing what to eat exactly and combining it however I want make all the difference. So happy!

Why don’t you have an employee research questions while you’re talking? You could answer more questions

Food form. So important. Too easy to forget due to our over processed modern foods.
