If you want to walk on the treadmill as you talk then go ahead and do it! Since you are taking valuable time out of your busy schedule to answer questions and share knowledge, folks watching can certainly deal with seeing a little movement, which is what most of us should be doing too!

Please don't stop walking whilst doing these. For a number of reasons.
1. Your health, shouldn't be compromised by others
2. Your thoughts are more coherent whilst you walk
3. It's inspirational to others that you walk at the same time
I prefer watching you walk and talk. And I look forward to your new book with anticipation.

Don’t let those who feel seasick make you stop walking. They can look away from the screen and still listen and learn like everyone else. Their discomfort need not impede you desire to maintain your fitness.

It's so unkind of those people to restrict Dr. Greger by complaining about his treadmill habit. He stopped because he doesn't like hurting people. Yet all they had to do is just listen to the Q&A and not look at the phone. Dr Greger is more thoughtful than they are.

To love you is to also love you walking on your treadmill while you wonderfully share your knowledge :) Thank you (while walking on my treadmill desk even at work where there are some who complain, but with more who are happier for me to continue use it as they see it makes me a better me to work with) XO

Dr. Greger, please use your treadmill while doing these QA sessions. It’s so rude that people complain about it.

You are doing us all a favour and we all owe you so much. Use your treadmill, people can always just listen without watching the screen. Xxx

0:10 Dr. Greger, please turn on the treadmill and tell those prone to get sea sickness to nibble on *ginger* while watching. An old sailor's trick 😂

The pumpkin seeds Dr Greger talks about are Styrian pumpkin seeds, grown in Austria.

You should still do this while walking on your treadmill. Seems like a great use of time. I just listen and turn my phone upside down.

I freeze kale and other veggies from my garden without blanching and they don’t “rot.” The quality is fine all winter long in the freezer.

The folks that complain about being seasick because of your walking on the treadmill should just get on their treadmill and then they won't notice your bobbing😊.

100g+ fiber intake? Easy peasy. I am a 66 year young female eating an exclusive whole plant diet of fruits, vegetables, with some nuts & seeds. My daily fiber intake currently averages in at 114g+ and 2300 calories to maintain a healthy weight of 120lb on a 5'6" tall body. (My husband, a 64 year young male, averages 130g. fiber.) We've eaten this way for years.

One can also take cucumber, squash and pumpkin seeds, leaving them in the hull, then marinate them in various spices, olive juice, dill pickle juice, soy sauce, turmeric, garlic ... to soften the hulls for several months in the fridge. I then bake them in a slow 250°F oven for several hours. Let them cool as they keep well in the fridge.
