I have PTSD, chronic fatigue and have episodes of sleeping marathons. Sleeping from 12 to 16 hours. My body just takes over and I have learned to just go with it, be kind to myself and know it's happening for a reason. Then my energy comes back and I can achieve a lot in a short time. The body has it's own intelligence and works so hard for us all the time. I thank my body and the cells in my body every day.

I agree with him. I changed my lifestyle since corona hit us(I'm from Kenya 🇰🇪) and had to change my eating habits and my sleeping has changed. I don't struggle to sleep anymore, I have the most interesting dreams and by 6 or in the morning, I'm already awake awaiting for some sun gazing 😉😉😉😉

The best way to have real quality sleep is to ensure that our stomach is complete empty at least 4 hrs before bed and the meal should be light and properly combined.

That's where the "itis" comes from, it's the bodys immediate and natural response when having to process heavy meals. An alkaline meal should promote energy and shouldn't typically trigger the same response so let that be the measuring stick...

Extending the period of fasting (consistently and striclty every day) has been the most beneficial thing I have ever done for my health and well being. Both physically and mentally.

Deep since i been fasting i been sleeping better i spent my young life struggling with sleep, and i went days without sleeping and funny thing is i can sleep 4 or 5 hours of sleep in rem sleep and feel ok i heard H.I.M sleept three hours and was ok. I also heard we use to sleep in intervals not full 8 hours. I heard more you fast and meditate less sleep u need any advice great video.
