Calf and Hamstring Stretch Using a Towel
Goal/Target: Stretch the Calf and Hamstring muscles.
Directions: Lay down on your back on a flat surface. Take a towel and hold it with both hands on either end. Wrap the back of your right foot with the towel. Raise your right leg into the air at end range and pull down on towel bringing your foot into a flexed position. Take a minimum of 4 deep breaths. Repeat on other leg. Perform this a minimum of 2 times per day.
