In this video, we’re going to talk about 7 common headache triggers.

Now, the difference between headaches and migraine headaches is that migraines are often more severe and have other symptoms, including:
• Nausea
• Blurred vision
• Seeing spots
• Light sensitivity
• Sound sensitivity
• Vomiting
• Having some type of sensation or aura before the headache

Headaches often have triggers. These are the 7 most common triggers you have. Try eliminating these to see if your headaches go away.

1. Stress
2. Food and drink allergies and sensitivities
3. Environment (seasonal allergies, weather changes, etc.)
4. Hormones
5. Lack of sleep
6. Gallbladder sludge and gut problems
7. Medications (even over-the-counter)

Foods and drinks that may trigger headaches include:
• Any food you’re allergic to
• Caffeinated beverages
• Artificial sweeteners
• Alcohol (especially wine)
• Chocolate
• MSG
• Cured meats (nitrates)
• Aged cheeses
• Pickled foods and fermented foods (tyramine)

Try to think of what happened before you got your headache. Did you consume something a few hours before? Were there any changes in your environment? Did you experience stress? These questions will help you narrow down the primary triggers of your headache, so you can avoid them. Let me know in the comments below if these tips helped you avoid headache triggers.

When the colon is impacted, fecal matter is actually poisoning the body! This triggers a sinus headache. The more impacted, the more severe the headache. I knew of a young mother who had suffered chronic constipation....usually caused by dairy lay in a hospital bed for 14 DAYS with a headache medication couldn’t relieve. The doctors had given her up for dead and were calling in the family. When her grandmother arrived, she asked the nurses if she had had a bowel movement since she had been admitted. They searched her chart and found that she had NOT! Her grandmother immediately ordered laxatives be administered and went to work helping her clear her bowel. This mother of five is alive and well today because of the simple wisdom of an elderly woman with no letters behind her name who knew how the body worked!! Thank God!!!

I used to get migranes and headaches weekly and took two pain killers (novalgin 500) every 2 or 3 days sometimes multiple times a day, upto 6 a day. After starting Keto and IF, I realised (amoung many other things) my chronic sinusitus got better and with it; migranes and headaches disappeared, I haven't taken a pain killer in months.

Dry air is the most common cause for me, that's why i am using air humidifiers to combat it, which helps alot

Other reasons: Malocclusion (misalignment of the jaw) and Scoliosis (C1 - T7), even if mild, because the muscles and nerves (soft tissue isn't aligned) aren't firing in a symmetrical pattern.

I found out that my migraine is mostly triggered by pinch nerve on my cervical spine. Chiropractor treatment helps a lot.

This is hot topic for me because ive had severe headaches for 60 years straight and have caused liver damage from decades of Excedrin, ibuprofin, pain killers. Not only did I have daily headaches but also a growing problem of really severe sharp pains on the left side of the head that used to last 1 second and then grew in length, frequency and severity. Not TIA, doctors had no idea but suggest brain surgery to explore the problem. I said no. of Berg's harping, in Aug 2019 i quit sugar 100%. Within a week, NO headache returned. None. Zero. I was quite astonished. Im allergic to sugar?? When the virus lockdown started, being so homebound, i started cheating as a coping mechanism. No heavy sugar, but a piece of bread here, a cookie there, a half a scoop of ice Within a week, headaches! Then I saw that a piece of bread per week, a handful of potatoe chips another week, two cookies another week, a forkful of spaghetti another week, no headaches, which meant I was staying under that bar if I cheated no more than one bad thing per week. If its 2-3 bad things, headaches come fast and there I am again on Excedrin or heavier. While everything on Berg's board may be valid, can fellow sufferers please first try ending sugar and report in a week or two? Lets test this amongst ourselves. Believe me, i feel your pain and want all of us painfree and especially medfree forever.
