Are you struggling with panic attacks?

If you experience daily anxiety or panic disorder, finding a fast cure for panic attacks may seem challenging. Identifying the signs of a panic attack is crucial. Both men and women commonly experience symptoms such as a rapid, pounding heart rate, sweating, trembling/shaking, shortness of breath, or throat tightness.

Now, how can you calm down a panic attack or anxiety attack? Thanks to Patrick McKeown and the Oxygen Advantage® functional breathing exercises, you can quickly and safely overcome panic attacks and anxiety attacks. Whether it's panic attack vs. anxiety attack, this effective method works wonders.

What sets panic attacks apart from anxiety attacks? Although similar, panic attacks tend to be more severe and unpredictable, while anxiety attacks usually arise from a perceived threat.

The duration of an anxiety attack varies from person to person. However, with the simple rescue breath technique described below, you can learn how to stop panic attacks and alleviate symptoms of anxiety, hyperventilation, and suffocation.

Place your hands over your face, forming a cup, and slow down your breathing. By doing so, you increase carbon dioxide levels in your blood, leading to improved blood flow to the brain. Carbon dioxide acts as a vasodilator, expanding blood vessels. This exercise serves as an effective panic attack treatment that you can practice at home.

Follow Patrick's straightforward instructions, and you'll soon discover how to cure panic attacks quickly and effectively.

Appreciate the demonstration Patrick. You suggested to breathe this way till you feel relief. Can you give some guidelines as to what would be a reasonable round in number + whether repeating the cycle is not unusual. Moreover, is it that it takes 30 seconds for co2 to reach adequate level when being breathed back in. I raise this as there is usually fear around this total experience + it would be comforting to know duration of rescue (notwithstanding we experience a little differently). Much thanks.

I feel like 3 seconds in and 3 out is a bit fast when I try this, should I slow down even more?

This is why we would always have people breathe into a paper bag when they are hyperventilating or with anxiety.

Hello!!
You once Said that the volume is what we should focus on.
When is top much?
While normal walking its okay to move the ribcage?
When resting does the ribcage should move.
Can you make a demonstration about how the ribcage should move(volume wise) at rest and doing exercise, moderate(walking) to a stronger exercise ?!
Thank you
