I downloaded about 9 games on here successfully only to find out it never showed up on my 3DS home screen…I probably waited 10 minutes for that “new game unwrap now” message to pop out but never did

I can't install ghost eshop. I scanned the QR code through FBI but it always shows me 'Failed to install from URL' and other things written there. Is it because I don't have enough space on my SD card or 3DS?
