I'm new to ds lite gaming, so it means on the video that you don't need to homebrew

your unit just get an R4 cart and transfer and that's it?

Just got a DS Lite from a relative. This console is a perfect console to mod so I really want to mod it. Unfortunately, the R4 Card costs money, and as a kid that's something you don't have.

where can you get the game files from? i constaintly have issuse with downloading "rom" or "ISO" files types.. so anything would be nice to know.

1) Say I wanted to get more ROMS for my future R4 card. Where would I be able to get more ROMS for free and legally? [See 1.5]

1.5) Better yet, where’d you get your ROMS from? I don’t want to contract any viruses.

2) Personally, I am using a 2020 MacBook Air and it doesn’t have an SD/Micro SD card slot. This may be a very stupid question, I apologize, but where would you recommend I get an adapter that would work for my laptop?
