I have the same condition. It started around May 2018, no idea what caused it. I’m 21 and don’t have kids (yet). Can’t really shower for longer than 3 mins... It sucks when people don’t believe you or ask silly questions, your channel really helps. Thanks love ❤️

I am really sorry. I came from the documentary, and while I don’t feel your pain, I am “allergic” to heat. I have a condition called erethromealgia which causes my blood to pool and causes what looks like hives, but they are more of a fiery/ heat sensation. I just want you to know that you aren’t alone, even if almost nobody is also allergic to water. I can’t shower either!

I’ve had chronic idiopathic urticaria since I was 11.I can’t really go outside when it’s hot because the hives are just to painful for me to handle.I was told I would grow out of it by my late teens or at the latest 20 years old but I’m almost 23 and it hasn’t gone away. I don’t know anyone who has it but it’s so nice to watch your videos and not feel like a weirdo ❤️❤️

Why would you having a baby have anything to do with you being allergic to water being a mother is one of the greatest gifts in the world and I'm sure you would love to have another baby being allergic to water doesn't stop you from being able to live so I'm really excited that you have found a way to overcome it and most ways and you have faced most act like you're not able to swim with Willow but you have people that are able to and like you said there are numerous things that you can do

ok this maybe crazy but could you draw bath and put antihistamines in the water so they dissolve to give you time to bath longer? its out of the box but just a theory!

I have to say that prior to coming across your story in July 2018 of Bbc Wales News, I had not known that it was possible for water allergies to exist and I had never heard of aquagenic urticaria as there have never been any known cases in my country. If you do not mind me asking, are there any worldwide groups about aquagenic urticaria as I would love to be educated and learn even more about this? You a very inspiring and brave women to say the very least. Hang in there, we are not given more than we could handle and fingers crossed you find medication that will make your symptoms more manageable. :)

Could you lather yourself with oil? I know that water and oil don’t mix but would the water wash off the oil?

I have this as well and no one can really grasp it when you explain it to them. Mine started during puberty but my dad had it as well.

For me it’s more of an embarrassing thing but it is really painful/itchy but it passes in at most an hour and then the hives and redness disappear.
I also get it from my own sweat and being out in the rain.

Sorry you have to deal with this. I haven’t seen anyone else that has it.

I just saw your video on this network and I have the same thing the same thing happens to me I’ve seen doctor after doctors and no one knows what’s going on with me it’s painful it’s itchy taking a shower pools hot tubs and rain just send me in to a panic and I hate it just thinking about it makes me it my body will break out in red itchy patches it’s so bad and it can go on for hours all over my body I thought I was the only one
