is it safe to buy property on stamp paper?
Registration of land purchased through agreement.
If a person purchased a land through stamp paper and he want to convert in to registry form then he has to file a case of specific performance of contract.And then court will pass a decree after decree he has to file execution for the enforcement of decree and then he can register property and update mutation entry.
