How To Find Land? - UK Property Investing

I've had lot's of emails and DM's asking how to find land. So I thought I'd do a quick video at one of my developments and explain the best ways to find land.

I am looking for a land where I can place my "tiny house", what is a small ecological house and it is portable. Do I need planning permission for that in the UK? Is planning permission expensive?
