I think this is also a important video to show students everywhere because you can go somewhere so satisfying and cook some of the best foods and it would be very rewarding to get the feedback from all the scientist on how beautiful the food looks and how good it taste. I think culinary teachers should also use videos like this to Light a fire under the students and let them know they don’t just have to go work in fancy hotels or yachts or for the rich to do something great. This would be the job of a lifetime even if you do go for six months or nine months on and go home for a few months and go back or whatever it may be if it’s too tough to stay there year-round for many years. Your meals look absolutely terrific, double hats off to the chefs! But man, I'd hate coffee with powdered milk, I absolutely despise the stuff and I prefer milk & brown sugar or treacle in my coffee. Got a taste for it travelling in the middle east.

Fun Fact:

Food freezers in Antarctica's McMurdo Station
(which can house up to 1500 people)
have heaters that keep the food from dropping below -7* C (-18*F)
or else it would take much longer for it to thaw.
