Much appreciative of the realistic side...people are going to cheat. Rather than beat us down...you provide insights on a true path to recovery.

1. Eat when you are hungry
2. Walk or strength train
3. High protein fat and fiber every meal

I had a cheat day yesterday. I had 2 bacon and tomato sandwiches. I hadn't had bread in 2 weeks and I ate half a pound of bacon 😮 I thought I would feel like crap today but I felt perfectly fine. I wasn't really hungry or craving anything bad. I was right back on track just fine. I'm handling Intermittent Fasting great and loving it. 😊

When I have my occasional cheat meal, especially a high carb and/or high sugar meal, I usually follow it with a 36-48 hour fast. Does kinda go against what Autumn is suggesting, but it works for me. Since it truly is an occasional cheat meal, as in not very often at all, I feel much of that nasty stuff has not yet fully penetrated my blood and organs, so I feel like I'm accelerating the ditching of it with a longer fast.

Perfect timing! The summer involves a lot of temptation. Knowing what to do the next day is very helpful. Many thanks!

The pancakes though 😍 I am not anti carb and find an occasional pancake meal tides me over for hours. I especially like a honey/wheat mix with fresh banana slices over top.

I love this and was just struggling with this a few weeks back. I've been using all of your helpful tips and will add this one as well. Still losing fat and having energy to walk. This gives me hope and its giving me opportunities to learn to trust my body and this process. Thanks again Autumn! You're brilliant and kind!

HI Autumn love your channel!!! I am hoping that one day you will make a video using an air fryer making meals that are healthy and would assist with weight loss goals.

🌸*Hi Ms.Autumn, thanks a lot for your videos💖💖. I just wanna ask if I can drink bullet "coffee" without coffee ☕️ and reap the benefits? Like just grass-fed butter 🐄and coconut 🥥 oil, because I'm worried about the side effects of coffee in the long run and I'm still a teenager 😨. Also, can coconut cream 🥥 be used instead of coconut oil in the coffee☕️? I hope you can answer👀, thank you so much!! It would mean a lot to me :))💗💗* 🌸 _Much love_ 🥰️🥰️

Can you add some science fact based information on IF and diabetics specifically type 1. I’m on an insulin pump and my body doesn’t make its own insulin so sometimes I wonder if I’m getting the same insulin “spike” and drop as others since I’m controlling my insulin. Just wishing I could learn more to treat my body right.

Hmm... My rule thus far has been to do a full day fast after a cheat day. Keeps me motivated to 'not' cheat. 😉

Keto and OMAD for the last three years.
