My thought is that the Kaminoans' design of the clones would have required the inhibitor chips to be used to force them to follow orders much more frequently, but the Jedi let them grow in individualism, personality, and decision-making instead of treating them like droids.
So when the inhibitor chips were finally needed to make the clones act against the people who had been so good to them, it was almost like a hard factory reset.

I think the idea that they killed their generals would slowly seep into the clones minds. They’d realise what they’d done, and they’d know somewhere deep down that they killed the people that were looking out for them and that cared about them. And now the only people left were those who saw them as objects, a tool, used equipment. The Jedi could see the clones as real people. But others didn’t. They refused to acknowledge it. How can you not get angry and depressed when you’re in such an environment? The Jedi were also much less strict, allowing the clones to take time to relax. I imagine the empire never did.

The clones treated the bad batch differently even during the clone wars

I think the more depressed part is relating to order 66 directly. They have trauma, plain and simple. They were forced to kill their friends, their family in a sense. The disrespect parts are probably from the order turning most into unthinking foot soldiers serving a tyrannical leader. If they're changed to be cruel, they don't see the problem with being cruel in service.

The clones really had a messed up existence. They were made to be expendible copies of one another, to have very little individuality, have no real childhood, sent to die in a war bassed of political ideals they don't understand, while fighting for a republic that doesn't represent them, under the command of jedi who are soposed to value lives while simultaneously leading children into battle using tactics that lead to casualties that were available, only then to realize they were slaves the entire war and dispite their heroics and bravery, they're replaced by inferior soldiers after watching hundreds of thousands of their brothers die, and the ones who didn't die in the war are either experimented on, removed from the only life they actually have [war/military] or they leave on their own and then they went AWOL and are hunted like animals and killed, by their brothers.
