It started as a daydream of a different kind of life. A life where I wasn’t trapped at a desk all day, where I had the space to pursue my creative projects wholeheartedly. A slower life with my own gentle rhythm. Over the last five years or so, I’ve turned that daydream into reality.

Pursuing a slow living lifestyle and a creative life is something you can do within the life you’re already living. But it can also be a bigger life-change, one that take years to make. In this video, I talk about them both, and how I’ve built a slow and creative life.

Hello, just found your channel while looking for input on creativity. And wow. You speak to my heart and opened my eyes a bit.
Now I have an expression for my life. Slow creative living! Thank you. <3 I worked in an open-plan office for a long time and had a kind of creative boreout because I'm also very stress-prone. After therapy I changed my life intuitively and now I work in the perfect job for me and have a micro-enterprise. I often wonder why things take a little longer for me to unfold before I realize... my body is communicating with me in this way, just like it did when I got lost in my life path. Now I'm a lot smarter. :D I will watch more of your videos now. I'm very curious to see what else you have to say.

Another wonderful video, Elin! It was so nice to know a little more about your story, and realize something I've been thinking a lot about lately: how pursuing your dream life greatly relies on being patient and determined!
As a very anxious person, it's been hard for me to come to terms with this reality - of course I would like to live my dream life right now, who wouldn't?! -, but since I understood this, I've been trying to "enjoy the ride" a little more. I want to look back on my life when I'm older and think "this was a great life", and I believe being more present would help with that. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this subject!
