The Cheesy jalapeño bread was yummy looking. I loved the pizza 🍕 too. As well as all of the different ways to use the bread 🍞 recipe. Mr Mel was looking good and so helpful too. It’s 1:45 A.M. here in Texas. Just not sleeping well tonight. But it’s ok 👌 I love taking naps 😴.

Hello Mel, So when using the sourdough starter, there is no need for yeast or proofing time? I have found that when I made something like bread with yeast (instant) in the summer, I had no problem with the dough as in stickiness or rising ability. When I tried making bread in colder weather, it changed and my breads didn't turn out as wonderful. I want to try making sourdough starter, but do I have to buy the kit or can I just buy 2 tall glass jars with lids? Thank you for answering my questions 💕
