How To Make Lotus- Biscoff Cups Dessert | No Bake Recipe

Ingredients:
1. 22 biscoff lotus cookies
For mascarpone cream:
2. 375ml (1 2/3 cups) heavy whipped cream
3. 16g (2 tablespoons) sugar powder
4. 226g (1 pack) mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
5. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
6. Biscoff- lotus cookie butter spread
Preparation:
1. Crushed the cookies to a fine powder. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl place: heavy whipped cream, sugar powder, mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract and whip to stiff peaks
3. Transfer the cheese mixture into a piping bag.
4. Use 6-8 serving cups (130ml-4.4oz) each cup. And add 1-2 cups of the crushed cookies.
5. Pipe the mascarpone mixture and add another layer of the crushed cookies, and pipe again the mascarpone mixture. Leave a room for the biscoff- lotus cookies butter spread.
6. Cookies butter spread- open the lid and microwave for 30 second.
7. Pour the cookies butter spread on top of each cup (1-2 tablespoons).
8. Decorate with biscoff- lotus cookie and crushed cookies.
9. Refrigerate before serve for 1hour
