Let's really CRUSH this upper body workout! We are working in supersets this week but be ready to work in progressive overload style increasing your weight or your intensity for 45 seconds for 2 rounds! We are using dumbbells today and my 8, 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells so grab the weights that work for you and grab your sweat towel! Share this workout with a friend and let's challenge each other to step it up always!

Equipment I use on my channel:

*Please take note that calories burned vary for every individual depending on multiple factors (e.g. age, body weight, heart rate, height, effort intensity, etc). My goal is to get you closer to your goals with each workout!

Here from Heavy Hiiters '23, and that is, I think, the best upper body workout I've ever done. The pace and the timing was stellar. No chance to get bored, no time to dread the next exercise, just in the moment the whole time. Brava!

Crushed it in 2023! This 45 minutes flew by and I LOVED everything about the workout, loved the 2 rounds of 45 seconds (instead of 3), loved the variety of the exercises, loved the ending, and I LOVE YOU SYDNEY! Thank you for all the amazing and challenging workouts. XOXOXO

Heavy Hiiters Sept 2023!!! This might be my new fave upper body workout!!! It was non stop! Loved the added pulses to really burnout the muscle and the burpee breakdown at the end 💪
