Whenever you hear the term "historical drama," the first thing that will probably come to your mind is pictures of corsets, horses, and knights running around with swords. But then, in 2010, "#The Social Network" was released. The #movie was set in 2004, and it was primarily based on real-life events recorded in a book. The book, titled "The Accidental #Billionaires" by Ben Mezrich, was published in 2009. The film can be called an early '00s masterpiece.

The film mostly tries to bring out the origins of the little tech company that is now a multi-billion-dollar company, Facebook. It also tried to explain a few things about the founder, #Mark #Zuckerberg, that you most likely did not know about, alongside his co-founder, Eduardo Saverin. Jesse Eisenberg played Mark Zuckerberg, while the co-founder, Eduardo, was played by Andrew Garfield. When the movie was released, it was greatly received, mainly because it explained to people the origins of one of the world's most famous and popular companies. Also, it was a great movie, no doubt about that. It was so close to winning an Oscar, but the ridiculously competitive Best Picture category in 2011 stopped it.
However, many have argued that "The Social Network" did not really bring out Zuckerberg as the good guy. The movie presents him as a socially awkward, cold, easily manipulated, dishonest, and disloyal person. But in the whole film, there was only one thing that was perfectly accurate about the CEO and founder of #Facebook, and it was not what you think. It is actually something that you would not expect.

Let us not talk about everything that the movie got wrong about the real story. Let us focus on what Mark Zuckerberg thinks about the film. Zuckerberg says that the movie was significantly flawed as it did not really portray his true character and the company's history. When the movie was released, he tried to keep it together and not comment on it. However, a few weeks after "The Social Network" hit the theaters, he joked about it when he spoke at #Stanford University's #Startup School in October 2010. He said he did not really have to talk about Facebook's early days because "a movie just came out that is 100 percent accurate."
