Eduardo saverin is one of the nicest people he is very genuine and helpful. Him and my dad started a company a while back which is called b capital. B capital has done very well and Eduardo now lives in singpore he has 3 kids who are very nice and they are one of our closets family friends. Please get your information right next time

Congress passed a tax law that affected current and prior expats seeking to avoid paying taxes on IPO's and other windfall profit sources around the time FB/Meta was about to go public. Various companies and CEO's were looking for tax loopholes, changing your citizenship prior to this was viewed as a way of accomplishing that. Well, congress fixed that I think..
As far as I know, both Zuck and his main shareholders (founders) of FB/Meta have not been able to legally evade paying income taxes on the profits they made from Meta regardless of citizenship choices.
