My SSDI physician actually watched me I was in a lot of pain. He askes the questions I was honest with him, and as i was getting up to leacve it was pain ful getting out of my chair ive had 23 surgeries in the past 20 years. Osteoarthritis has just eating me alive. 2 knee replacements, 7 hand surgeries 11 knee surgeries. So as i was finally up out of my chair I realized he was acturally watching me. Then he acturally told me that this was probably my last requirement for SSDI. That it usually takes 10 days to write the report, but that he would have it sooner, and he was very nice. He told me to take care.

I went to a ce in 2020 and he said because I was sitting comfortably there was nothing wrong. He was supposed to do a 30 minute exam but did less than 15. He is incentivized by money and is getting rich by doing these exams

Hello Doctor Thank you for the video. I agree that people should show up to the exam early and not get lost. When you learn of the date of the exam, it usually is several weeks away.
That's plenty of time to do a test run or two to practice finding the place.

'IF" the doctors who social security administration send the patients to does not work for social security administration, then why doesn't social security administration allow the patient to choose their own licensed doctor to do their examination to help determine their disability. Why does social security "forces" the patients to see "their own" (social security admin) doctors & not doctors that the patients chooses? Is it b/c these doctors that social security administration send people to, in fact, does "work" for them on some level? If these doctors deny so many people, they may receive a "kickback" of some sort from the government???

Thank you posting these videos, Dr. Foster. I watched several of them before I had my disability exam this past week, and there was a lot of good information that helped me feel more prepared. My exam was very short. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but he seemed very nice, and he said he would try to get the process expedited for me, so I feel it went well. Again, thank you for taking the time to share this information with people like me who need help.

I’m sitting outside IME for Social Security I’m trembling I was in an accident. Every single disc in my neck is either herniated. Rebouche and I got herniation disc in my lower back. I’ve been in chronic pain for a year. God knows I’m in 24 hours pain I already had one surgery going back for another and I don’t know what this doctor is going to do, but thank you so much for this video. They gave me some comfort. I can’t wait til it’s over it’s 12 PM. I got to be there at 12:30. I’m sitting outside in the car and I’m scared they gonna see me in a car or you could drive you’re not hurt or think, but I had no one to take me

Thank you for posting this video. Very informative and it was clever when the Doctor referred to ladies 'maintaining modesty' by wearing slacks. Well done 😊

Thank you. I had a stroke in 2020. I'm getting some functions back. I'm confident I will get approved.

Different doctors interpret things differently. For example, I do have RA and unrelated back pain. I have some degree of pain everyday. My RA specialist saw nothing abnormal in my X-rays however my chiropractor did and explained to me in detail what was causing my pain. I have a regime that keeps me upright and moving even though I continue to have pain. Also before i was diagnosed with RA my regular physician seemed to ignore the obvious. I chose to go to a specialist and doing well now. Before treatment my hands were useless with pain and stiffness. I also had carpal tunnel surgery by another doctor that actually causes me other problems now. Should have never had the surgery.

I'm here in Florida they send you to a workman's comp doctor. They don't pass anyone. I came in with a walker leg swollen from my knees to my toe from my arthritis condition. She said I'm faking it.

I was told that there is a new law that the doctor that Social Security sends you to can make the final decision and that can override years of records, that's what I was told by my lawyer. I was also told that the doctors are incentivized by Social Security also by my lawyer. I don't know who to believe

Apparently if you know how to spell your name, remember a traumatic event, and comb your hair, you're "not disabled"

If I worked a good job, retired and relaxing why am I not-entitled for SSD . I suffered a stroke dealing with diabetes, neuropathy and gastrointestinal problem so why ? As per SSD I have not worked in the past 5 years is part of the reason for my denial😢

I had a TKR and have severe arthritis in my hip & 0 cartilage in my other knee. When I went to SSDI doctor my knee was swollen & I was in pain. I had an attorney which did absolutely nothing & was approved on the 1st try I was pissed because I had 25% of my backpay go to an attorney that I didn’t need.

my brother has Down's syndrome, After high school he worked 7 years as a dishwasher for pizza hut, then another 8 years bagging groceries. He only quit working when he got stool incontinence he also became impossible to understand his speech.
It use to be you worked until its impossible to work. but now you work until you have an excuse to stop working
