This is an honest discussion on how often exes actually come back.

So, if you think your ex will never come back to you after a breakup you are definitely going to want to read this.

I figured that the best way to approach this was by,

1. Looking at what the statistics really say about how often exes come back
2. Looking at EBR’s success rate in comparison
3. Looking at the major things I think we are doing that gives us a better than average success rate

I’ve been seeing a lot of comments of people saying, never take back an ex but they couldn’t understand the circumstances when you truly love somebody and you’re the one who got heartbroken, and anything in your life doesn’t make sense without them They are your rock. They are your sense of well-being. They are your lobster. Of course you’re gonna take them back. Maybe not everybody is destined to get back with her ex but I do believe in second chances because when you truly love somebody you’re willing to take them back, no matter what the circumstances are.

I think ex’s coming back happens more when your younger. I had ex’s come back constantly in my twenties. But dating now in my forties they never come back. I think by this age people truly know what they want and they don’t repeat. But that’s just my opinion.

My 2 cents is that men come back more than women, most women already have been looking for your replacement, the moment they start to lose interested . You won't know it, which is about the lowest thing you can do to someone by keeping them in your orbit, meanwhile grooming someone else, AND NOT EVEN KNOW IT; and before you know it and as shocked it will be and, I " never seen it coming " happens . I learned this the hard way being Monkey Branched, next time I will pay closer attention to whos liking and hearting pictures of my significant other . I'll never be played like that ever again .

World offers an awful lot of distractions, er... "options".... at the cost of deep, reflective growth and/or opportunity for exercising one's reappraisal mechanism if embarrassment / pride - including situational milieu friction against it - doesn't become too much of a flared counter avoidance for the re-approach/ (unforeseen) next-level relationship. 🤷‍♂️

So we were on a break but I had a feeling he wanted to break up but soffen the blow, so I texted him after the 30 day no contact rule and we broke up officially over text, what now?? No contact rule again?? Will it still work?

Chris he came back after no contact I used the being there method . He said he missed me and is thinking of me so I then dropped the line “ you’re a brother to me”, since he’s gone silent ! What do I do next he has been avoidant having a commitment with me .

So, I would love to get my ex back but I just think there are too many issues, plus he is an avoidant anyway. I left him when he said we were lovers, companions and friends because I wanted more than our FWB relationship. I really felt we were soulmates and now I feel stupid. I last saw him in July when he said he wanted to be friends and he came over and stayed for about 4 to 5 hours but told me he wanted to live a more Jesus centered life. we had a good time but the next day when I asked him if he was still attracted to me, he got angry and said he couldn’t be my friend anymore because he couldn’t trust me. And he was the one that betrayed me and lied to me by having sex with another girl. He has ghosted me now, and I honestly do not know how to get over him.

Mine (borderline) (21) (I'm 32) left me after 1, 5 years to her manager in a small a few people firm (29). Instantly after we quarrelled and broke up she started texting and talking to him via phone at my presence but in different room... at most after 2 weeks she started fuking him and moved out to him from her father's home
He knew she's had problems and is using her. I and her parents are devastated and agree 100% on this. Now it's been 5 months. We assume she's planning sth with him. Her parents support me totally and I know they won't let her marry him or sth. They know they can trust me since though it hasn't been always perfect between us, I'm not a manipulative Psychologist using a young, borderline and naive person.
