once you wipe the syringe with isopropyl alcohol it is now sanitised, not sterilised. i’d recommend sterilising it under a flame

this is awesome! back when I used to grow shrooms, I used PF technique to sterilize and inoculate canning jars. this seems simpler. also had to make my own glove box. back in my day... 😝👍

I've always preferred the old school PF TEK. Sure, to be honest; the yield can be a bit lackluster; however, it's MUCH easier to pluck them as soon as the veil breaks to ensure maximum potency. For me; it's quality over quantity.

I would use a flame to sterilize the syringe. If you use alcohol, don't whipe it of with your gloves...

Bro I could have one of those bags fully colonised in three weeks! Inject but don’t mix. Wait 1 week exactly and then draw in oxygen and mix. Leave for another week, mix one final time and lay the bag sideways (more mushrooms grow that way) and in the final week it’s fully white and ready for light.
