Noise & bright sunlight also affects. I get aura then headache then nausea and vomiting then I take good 2-4 hours of sleep, then I keep myself in dark room, but the strain remains. One of my trigger is soy sauce, milk or milk products & high salty food, so I avoid milk stuff, chinese food, its been good 16 years that I left those products. But its a learning curve.

Subscribed your channel after listening the interview with Dr.pal. I had some stress, all stress gone after that video. Not because I tried any of the tips you mentioned in that video, just after laughing a lot listening both of you. Planning to start training my pre frontal cortex 💪🏻

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:

00:00 *🧠 Migraine is a prevalent neurological issue affecting over 1.1 billion people worldwide, with women facing twice the risk compared to men.*
01:08 *🤯 Migraine is characterized by pulsatile, throbbing headaches, abrupt onset, unilateral pain, nausea, and disabling attacks. Auras, sensory phenomena before an attack, are present in 25% of patients.*
02:55 *🔄 Migraine is associated with mental health problems (2-3 times higher risk of anxiety and depression), sleep disorders, and gut issues like irritable bowel syndrome.*
03:49 *🧬 Genetic factors play a role in migraine, with a higher risk if one or both parents have migraines. Various environmental triggers, including stress (80% trigger rate), hormonal changes, and others, can activate attacks.*
05:52 *💊 Management involves medical and non-medical approaches. Abortive treatment with painkillers addresses acute attacks. Preventive medicines like beta blockers, calcium channel blockers, and tricyclic anti-depressants are considered for chronic cases. Non-medical strategies include lifestyle changes, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and supplements like riboflavin and magnesium.*
08:12 *📚 This video serves as an informative introduction to migraine, emphasizing the importance of consulting a healthcare professional for personalized treatment.*

Greetings Dr Sid i don't know if it's an apt place to raise the query but i do like the topics covered by you in podcast there are few more topics which are good enough for a discussion which i would like to suggest:

When does a Habit become an addiction? What are the neuronal pathways for the same
1What are the emotional processing which happens during sleep
2 What are the neurological issues with slow thinkers and task initiators
3 How is ego devoloped in the brain and what is consciousness and where does it reside in brain
