A migraine is an intense pounding headache on one, or sometimes, both sides of the head.
Migraine headaches can last for hours or even days.
Migraine usually begins in the forehead, the side of the head, or around the eyes and gradually gets more severe.
Just about any movement, activity, bright light, or loud noise makes the pain worse.
Nausea and vomiting are common symptoms during a migraine.
in this video we'll be talking about a few of the fairly common triggers that initiate migraine and we will aslo talk about how you should control these triggers which will help you to manage your condition better.

Im actually really thankful for everyone who is commenting about their experiences, I recently started having migraines where my vision goes away and I get so dizzy, I started getting scared. But it feels nice not being alone 😭

Whenever i see a little blurred spot on my eye, its an alert that my migraine will attack. That blurred spot will spread through on my eye, usually to my right side of my vision. Then when my blurred spot is already spreaded, my headache and stomach pain will start to attack. It will take a tons of hours to injure. This video helps alot thank you so much for ur help❤

So I'm 16 and having migraine since 1.5 years now and besides migrane I'm having trouble in falling asleep and what's worse is I can't focus on my studies cause of the pain and it's getting out of my hands now and i haven't slept since past 4 day's it's like I stay up all night and sleep after 4:30 in morning and wake op after 10 🤡. No matter how hard I try to sleep I can't

I am having migraine since 4 yrs and uts worse from seven months I have chronic migraine aura I get anytime last for days I take painkillers and treatment is going my nurologist has changed my medecine now hope for best God bless me

It's crazy the stuff I think about when I'm having a attack I often think if I could make a deal with god I'd take on cancer and if I survive I never get a attack again... its stupid I know but I'd still take that deal any day. I even had my dad knock me out on a few occasions that bad

I'm so glad we don't have classes this week. My painful migraine was triggered 3 days ago when I was playing too much Valorant. 9 hours straight to be exact. I take breaks and eat food so skipping meals isn't the trigger. The throbbing and pulsing sensation in the back of my head makes me crazy. I tried sleeping it off but it still doesn't work.

For help to anyone suffering from migraines...from personal experience....how I decreased my migraines by 90+%:

1. Yes make sure you are getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, and eating enough consistently throughout the day (whole foods/macro and micro nutrients)
2. Make sure you have a way to release tension buildup every day whether that is breathing exercises, yoga, walking, or working out
3. Do not have any ASPARTAME. It can be found in diet drinks, gum, etc
4. Wear blue light glasses and have blue light shields on your phone and computer
5. Work on any underlying psychological stress that can be manifesting into physical symptoms (if you are very stressed/scared/etc) it can show up in your physical body
6. Regulate your hormones (if you are female, that could be getting on or off of birth control depending on what works for your body...for me, being on a consistent dose of low dose birth control has helped tremendously to keep my hormones level but I am researching ways to do this without it for the near future)
7. Supplement with binaural beats, massages, cold press, essential oils

Everyone here that has migraines stop taking prescription drugs. These don't help anyone but the companies that make them. I had migraines daily 7 days a week until I found the solution.
I did SHROOMS 1 time. It took about a month afterwords when I had noticed my migraines were starting to diminish to every 3-4 days. It's now been 2 months since that 1 time and I have only had 1 migraine. Am going to do them again to help with my anxiety issues as they are half as much as they were prior to the first time.

Pain in scalp is irritating me so much.. but i cant say it pain its just a feeling i cant express and many times i feel like dizzy and after having meals its like i am going to vomit....😢😢😢😢

I have had 4 migraine aura episodes on 4 days this week. Terrible headache after 3 of them, and only pukey feeling after 1.
